Is it time to change to MTN...???

I'm currently due an upgrade on my iPhone 4s 64GB, so naturally I thought to stay with Apple and choose the iPhone 5s 32GB. I thought it would be simple to go into the local store and ask for the packages available on that phone... HOW WRONG CAN I BE...!!!
The brochures in store seem to only have deals on the 16GB phones, and the packages are not suitable to my usage. Trying to get the details of alternative packages is like trying to get blood from a stone.
I decide to check online, and after going around the vodacom site in circles for a couple of hours it tells me to TELEPHONE A CALL CENTRE...? How is that upgrading online... or am I missing something here...?
Eventually get through to the call centre, after being cut off 4 times, to be offered the same packages that are shown in the brochure, even though I have already stated that they are not suitable.
On to the online support help desk, who again ignore what my requirements are, and offer me the same old packages as everybody else... WHY DOES NOBODY LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER ANYMORE...???
