I went to the Westgate Mall branch on the 30th of November 2013. I was told by the consultant that my sim card will be cancelled the next day. 2 days later I contact the branch to let them know my sim card is still not cancelled and was advised that there was an issue and it will be cancelled.
On the 22nd of December 2013 I went to the Westgate Mall branch again to query my data which was incorrect. I spoke to the consultant who advised he can see the upgrade and will log an incident with the support team and I will receive a call within 24 hours, which I did not. 2 days later I contact the MTN Call Centre, reference 107506178 and was advised that I will receive a call within 2 - 24 hours.
It's now 3 days later and still have not received a call or received my data as per the agreed contract.
This is the worst service ever and I will never recommend MTN or upgrade my contract again.
Please don't contact me as I am tired of your lame excuses.
