How does a supplier like this keep getting 'Supplier of the year'?
My mom and I applied for the package deal with the Samsung Smart TV, which we were told would be delivered and installed before Christmas, unfortunately this was not so. When we contacted them after they had promised us that they would contact us, which never happened, only to find out that they had given our TV to somebody else! And now we have to wait till next year to get our tv!
