A 1312233642; logged a request for recurring data bundle, 26 hours later no data. So I phoned them, yes it is logged but don't know why not activated. An urgent request logged again, now 36 hours later still no data. Needed it for Christmas internet usage, so now once again am let down by incompetent service.
