We got my boyfriend a contract at this branch. The guy who dealt with it no longer works there but he was given the wrong contract with the phone. We then returned the phone and the owner was supposed to take over the payments on it. We received the new phone and correct contract in August. I have been taking care of the cell phone bills and realized after 2 months that the bills were all above 1500, when I went in at the end of November they told me he still had the previous contract on his name for the last 3 months and that I had been paying 2 contracts! I have been waiting a month on feedback and have heard nothing...at all.
I'm going to refrain from using profanities on your website, but you can imagine my immense disappointment. I understand that due to the previous employee many complaints have been lodged in a similar regard. But that has nothing to do with us and in any case, that very employee has been fired. It's how the situation is being dealt with currently that gets my blood boiling...ignored. Totally, and utterly left in the dust.
