My Samsung s2 which was bought from 8ta in May was taken in for a Repair on 17 December 2012. 8ta is not responding and I am not getting feedback from them at all. Its February 2013 and the 8ta branch constantly gives me the run around. Telephonic queries to 8ta doesnt help as they are delaying and not answering their phones or claiming that the person who helps is not in right now. Please help... The reference number is Ref.
