Hi Peter,

This is a follow up on my complain about Cell C, ever since i wrote to you on the 21 January and they replied on the 28 January till today I have not receive my money back and I am still waiting for them as they have said they are still busy with the investigations. what i request from them is my money back, please reverse the payment and i guess that by now they know that i don't have an account with them.
