In August I changed banks and advised company of change of bank details via email on 8 Aug .
No deduction so another email sent on 4 Sept.
No deduction end of Sept so service suspended whilst overseas.
Return mid Oct, pay cash and phone Tricia in accounts on 20 August. She promises to resolve. No deduction end Oct, phone Jimmy in accounts on 4 Nov. Promise to sort out. Threatening sms mid Nov, contact local branch, told everything is ok and to to ignore sms.
Debit order deduction goes through end November.
Threatening sms received about non payment on 16 December.
Phoned local branch, assured debit order is in place and all ok.
Told to ignore sms.
Phone call from Barbara in accounts on 18 Dec re no payment received..
Explain my story again.
Barbara says debit order is in place, not to worry.
Service suspended for non payment at about 2.30 on 18 Dec, 30 minutes before Barbara's call.
Can somebody please sort this mess out as my patience is now exhausted.
