I have had problems with my Uncapped 3G Lite contract since I unfortunately made the decision to trust MTN and enter into a 2 year contract with them. Others that went with this "fantastic deal" have unfortunately shared this disappointing and frustrating experience with me. Thankfully it has now come to its end - however no surprise the internet over the "fast" 3Gigs is so slow it is completely unusable - the light on my router orange instead of green. After complaining that I have no internet I was told that there was nothing I can do after paying for the full month. I am so grateful this shocking experience of daylight is coming to an end on the 8th of January. No surprise that I will leave MTN with no service but money paid over, and the memory of their unhelpful and uncaring staff sending me off into a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
