MTN Centurion Mall- Unacceptable service

My phone, a Samsung S3, was handed in for repairs on the 23rd of October. They told me it would take about two weeks, so after two weeks I went back and they said it will be there in the next two days. After two days I had to find out that the phone has not even been repaired.

A few days later we went back and more misleading and incorrect information was given to us. When we asked to speak to the manager she had a very bad and disrespectful attitude. She said she will come back to us and never did, we had to phone her again.

They would not release the phone if we didn't pay for it beforehand and when we paid for it we had to wait another week and still had not received the phone. The payment wasn't cheep and now we are still receiving misleading information with sale persons that acted disobliging.

Hope this can help me because with MTN I am getting nowhere
