I logged a service request on the 10/10/2013 that still hasn't been resolved. The request no is S3-T362W-WWIKP. I was billed from March to October for BIS on my Z10 after the sales consultant at the branch told me that Bis don't work on the Z10. The last feedback that I received regarding my service request was on the 23/10/2013 and said that a credit for Bis will be requested awaiting approval. What happened to the credit I don't know and when I call the call centre to follow up I have to wait 45 min before anybody answers and then I get transferred between different departments and nobody can help me. This is really ridiculous how many times do I need to call before I get an answer and that in a timely matter without listening to some stupid happy song???
