8ta Throttling BIS

When I decided to switch network carriers I read up first and I can honestly say 8ta had an excellent Blackberry policy no mention of any fair usage policy or measures put in place to shape blackberry data traffic on their network so I purchased BIS on 2 sim cards thinking that I would atleast be getting my moneys worth but to no avail current download speeds do not exceed 11kbps intially it was up to 900kbps. Its unfair for a company to impose such limitations on its users without us been aware that such action will be taken no documentation exist to state possible reasons for my BIS to be throttled which is unfair and I'm sure I ain't the only customer who feels cheated. I ask that an 8ta Rep. explain their actually Blackberry policy as documentation on their website is misleading
