After promising that the matter will be resolved on the 2 dec all parties have now gone silent and nobody is responding to our query they are supposed to be reFUNDING My wife but have not done so, not only are they avoiding us but they have cut my wifes line where after promising to resolve the matter at hand is this how we do business in our country quick to deduct and suspend lines but slow to credit or refund the client
