Unsatisfactory Customer Service

Just wanted to let you know (whoever that might be at Autopage because only knows) that because :
- you handled my wifes account so badly by not delivering her phone to her despite charging us for over six months
- you still blacklisted her despite our written replies to every legal letter, the many visits and the hundreds of calls to your "hellpline"
- she owns her own small business she had no mobile phone for almost a year
- despite all of this reluctantly cancelled her contract (with no regard to the Credit act)
- with no apology
- with no refund on the subscriptions paid over the time you did not deliver her phone
- did not even refund the incorrect billings on her invoices (BB charges although she now supposedly had an iphone)
FOR THESE REASONS I HAVE NOW CANCELLED ALL MY BUSINESS CONTRACTS AND DATA CONTRACTS WITH AUTOPAGE!
I REFUSE TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS BY ANYONE, AND AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR ATTITUDE AND SHALL BE EXPLORING MY LEGAL OPTIONS W..R.T TO THE CREDIT ACT!
I WILL ALSO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW, WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAD, AT THE MERCY OF YOUR SILLY BUSINESS!
