Extremely poor service

During April we did an upgrade on 2 of our contracts to smart S.
At the beginning of Nov we noticed that they had been migrated to Top up 200. We immediately contacted them and requested them to rectify the issue. On the 4 th of November we once again spoke to cust care requesting both no to be rectified back to Smart S and we even got a refr no. We were told that it would be investigated and rectified end Nov2013. Come end of Nov only 1 acc was rectified and now they deny any knowledge about the other no concerned even though they supplied us with a refr no on that number!! For 3 days now we have been passed from one person to another, being placed on hold when they see they can not answer us, telling us migration will only be done monthend again. Not acceptable. VIP platinum customer and then they do this!! Absolute shocking service
Requesting to speak to a supervisor - 3 days mo success of speaking to one despite being promised constantly they will phone back now!! Vodacom has no ethical customer care anymore - remember all calls are recorded!!!
