HI there, I was called on the 18 Jan 2012 by a sales consultant at cellc. He told me he was selling data bundles. I told him no its too much. so I asked if he had any other deals. He said they are promoting the ZTE tablet for R99per month. I remember asking if he was sure it is R99 and if that was all I will be paying. he said yes mam. I received the unit on the 24th of jan an on activation I was told I will pay R279 per month.this extremely shocked me. I informed the consultant straight away. she logged a case and I told her to pull out the conversation considering all cellc calls are recorded. they said in 48hours I will be called. to date no calls
I will now be billed for the confusion!!! today when I did a follow up the consultant tells me they dont understand what I am wanting!!! this extremely is poor service and its a pity that many will be misled. I am hoping that by listing my story here they will actually come to my aide. further more the consultant was clear in what he told me. he sold me something for R99 and I expect this to be R99.00
