Bad service on reportad faults

Faults 1041CTK121113, 809CTK181113, 73CTK281113 applies. The first technician arrived 04/12/2013 at the premises. He was more concerned about delivery of some artical to a friend. He only blamed Mweb for the problem. Download speed was test in front of him at 0.16Mbts. He could not wait to talk to Mweb technician. This person did only connect the test handset to the Telkom socket and said he do not hear ant noise. Asking him to test it he connect another instrument, holding down a button and said if there is a 0.00 then it is clean.
