I have recently noticed each time I send an sms I get billed for two. This went on for a day and I thought it was some kind of network problem. I called the 173 Call Centre yesterday morning and was shocked to learn that this ripoff company is charging subscribers for SMS Delivery Reports. Why would you charge a person for a report, I am not sending the report I am receiving it, are you MTN going to charge your subscribers for receiving SMSes also. I use SMS Bundles and have been for a long time but never cared or notice this ripoff. MTN is from all their subscribers and I am going to spread the word everywhere. I am going to contact the ombudsman for this ripoff. I want my money for all the SMSes I have bought and MTN from me.
