Lack of feedback on application forms

I applied for 3G contract at MWEB. The same day I asked the consultant what they need. I filled in the forms and scanned it in. So I did my part. I wanted to hear back from. I sent the forms on 20 November 2013.
I phone to day to find out what the status is of my order. The consultant informs me no they need more documents. One of their consultants should have phone me. Till today I did not receive an email, SMS or phone call from MWEB. Mweb was at a time the best ISP they are slipping fast to be the worst in SA!!! This order is for me but for present that is going to be very late. Due to lack of Mweb consultant I will not be one of the first 1000 to receive the dongle and sim card for Free.
