BAD speeds in Springs again after Storm this week

Hi guys

My speeds have been fine for over a year now. Now thing have taken a turn for the worst again. Last 2 day RIGHT after the storm, my 8ta stick says I have No coverage the whole time. then it jumps to 1 or 2 bars then goes between 3g and 2g...

PLEASE can you investigate asap as i'm in IT myself for 8 years now and I need to work remotely from home???
