I don't even know why i do business with Telkom. i have explained numerous times that there is an issue with my ADSL line, and nobody f$%$%ing cares. A technician comes to my house and doesn't even check my line, all he says my equipment is broken. i get a new router and gues what, this line still does not work. i spent almost an hour on the phone with the call centre, with still them passing the buck.
I just want to cancel this product, because these have no care for the next person.
Can somebody in senior management call me ASAP, as i want a technician to fix my problem tomorrow
