1. Accounts/billings and inability to rectify despite reporting the issue 8 weeks ago.
- A 5G data bundle was charged to my account, without this request being made.
- My Account Pro Services and charges were initiated at a monthly cost, without this being approved.
This is not first experience with unrequested services being charged.
2. Instruction to move to Prepaid number and cancel contract
- Despite giving notice that I wanted my number converted to prepaid. Autopage, cancelled it. Then once acknowledging their fault have to date, still not rectified the issue. I still do not have my number and cannot get it released to take up with anotherSP
3. Customer Service - do not waste your time with the email to [Email Removed] I have had roughly 4 replies that my matters will be attended to within 24 hours. 2 weeks later and I haven't received a response. The call center agent Ariana, has promised to resolve on repeated occasions and has committed to date after date and promise after promise to resolve, without result. Now, I simply get ignored.
Autopage, clearly seem to have billing issues and be in complete disarray. This seems to be clear from the complaints.
