So the only shop left in Pretoria is in Menlyn and that one has been infinitively closed for reconstruction. People in your call centre are super dumb and rude!! I need to do a sim swap and it is clearly a major problem, as none can tell me how i am supposed to do, my calls get dropped and just generally the company hasn't proved itself to be very helpful and nice!!! I would like a response asap!!!
