Bad dishonest inconsiderable service for customers

I lost my phone and no body could assist me fairly with my claim, instead, I was told nothing can be done. I had to explain my situation again and again often when I visited the branch because one minute someone seems to be assisting you, the next minute they are no longer working there. Buying a phone cash from an Indian shop is 100 times more reliable than signing a contract with Nashua Mobile Centurion. So, since I started with my claim on the 14/09/2013, I haven't got any proper assistance to date, and the consultants who assisted me have all left the shop, and I'm told they cannot be contacted for reference. This month itself I had to explain the situation again to another consultant, who also doesn't seem to be of help. I will never advice anyone to make use of Nashua Mobile Centurion because they will make you run around like a headless chicken and still not help you when you need their help, or maybe it's the branch in Centurion that has such habits I don't know.
