2 months I upgraded my cell phone contract with a Samsung Note 3.The offer clearly states that you receive 500MB of Data. I have called the call centre on the 11/11/2013 Ref No 2903869, their rep admitted it is their fault and will have it attended to. To date I have not received any feedback or the MB.I am now left with a huge cell phone bill due to internet usage and have to use the points that i accumulated to buy bundles of data. This is false advertsing and a rip off in my opinion.
Is there anyone left at MTN who cares about customer service and loyalty.???
