Ad service, lack of service

I bought the lap top with the store in 2 months of use the fan was broken and sent it back to the store, where they sent it in for repairs. It went there for longer than expected and when it came back it came back to me damaged even worse, it had dents on the side. When it came back from repairs i went to the store and checked it with them and they agreed that it was damaged and i left it in store. I came with the charger the next day and turned it on instore and found that the problem that was supposed to be fixed was not fixed instead it was damage more than ever. I current do not have it with me but still paying my instalment well. I have tried to speak to the customer care line and still hit a brick wall they expect me to use the broken lap top, where by its still under warranty can easly be swaped for a new 1 but no they want to complicate my life. I regret every minute of ever deciding to do business with them
