My partner recently upgraded her contract with Mtn. All was fine until about a month ago. She has only been able to receive calls and unable to make any calls. Numerous calls have been made to Mtn as well as physically going into Mtn Northgate. I presume being a lady she has been taken for granted and nothing has been done. We are both paying customers and surely we should be assisted in a professional manor.
