My recent visit at the vodacom store i experienced good and friendly service from Casey. She assisted me with a sim swap and was very friendly and efficient. She smiled and was very nice to deal with. In the service industry you seldom find friendly and efficient service proffessionals. I just want to commend her for that. She should keep up the good work.
