I have recently been a victim of a content services. I found out there was no way to claim the extra money these unsavory people deducted from me but I did finally manage to stop any further billing on my account. However when I requested assistance from Cellc to stop this from happening again they told me there was nothing they were prepared to do to get the money back nor stop it happening again. Now I know MTN and vodacom have a means of stopping content billing on their cellular lines by entering a code. Why dont cellc. Especially considering you are not prepared to help with anything other than stopping the unasked for subscriptions. It is shameful. You take my money but will not protect me as your client from unsavory people trying to take advantage of me.
