I've been complaining non stop regarding ISP non service.
My account was inaccessible from 7 Oct - 8 Nov, which was documented by MWEB call centre via Telkom.
Since the 8th my the account is restored, but I'm on a 1GB capped account instead of the uncapped account I've paid for.
I just want my money refunded and the account terminated immediately so I can move to Telkom ISP.
There is no logical way that I can be expected to pay another month notice period for services not rendered!!!
Must I set myself on fire to get service from MWEB??
