My Telkom ADSL has been down since the 7th November 2013 and it is now the 13th November and it is still not working, the service has been pathetic. I call the call centre every day and they advise that they are escalating it to their engineers but nothing has been done yet to fix the problem. They advised that the issue was resolved on the 9th November but i did not receive any communication but it does not matter as the problem is not fixed, contrary to what they said.
I am expected to pay my bill on time and if its a day late they harass you by call or SMS but now that they i don't have internet for 7 days, i don't hear anything from them.
