I had a complaint where I advised I am unable to receive calls whilst at home. There is no signal and I therefore cannot make use of data or call services. I spoke to a consultant whom advised me to fill some spreadsheet and thereafter she told me the technical team would help. They then told me they would activate some feature so I receive signal. But all it sounded to me was like. I am paying for a service that I cannot use. Whats the use of a phone if it will not work at phone. This is the worst service ever. I just want to leave this network with signal and staff with their resolutions that sound more like stalling than fixing or helping me.
