Poor service and incorrect details altered

My vodacom experience has been shocking. I have has my account upgraded when requesting a NEW contract, they have sent and unlocked my login details to a stranger, I have been given the incorrect info for making a data purchase and lastly vodacom is constantly dropping calls. my goods have still not been confirmed for order yet i was told that a confirmation call had been placed for a totally different item which i had not yet ordered.
