Telkom have been tried almost 2 months to repair this fault. There is an "earth hum" condition on the line. It is really frustrating cause i loose allot of revenue income due to this. Every week the fault gets cleared but the problem still remains and then I must report it again. Is it due to poor workman ship or no quality control systems set in place? It is really unexceptable! On Telkoms Web site there is also no High level complains contact info to escalate such matters?? Could Telkom please take immediate steps and fix my telephone line once and for all?? I really lost my convidence in Telkom.
