Unfortunately MWEB dropped the ball at their first attempt to attend to my request of a new business account and upgrading of an existing account... but the manner in which Widaad Philander sprang into action to resolve the issue once escalated, was re-assuring and she absolutely saved the day. Well supported by Anthea Makibi in Sales, they combined to turn a definate frown, into a bright smile and rescued a relationship.

One must accept that not all staff manning a call centre are equally able and efficient (althought they should be), but the manner in which the A-Team stepped in to pick up the ball and score, was exceptional.
