LACK OF INFORMATION

Upgraded my Phone last week and Sharon did not inform me of a sim swap that was suppose to take place AND be delivered WITH the phone. Managers ALWAYS in meetings and people in call centre say they will sort it out and they just don't care and still waiting for feedback on this.
