This morning Cell C credited my account with R115 airtime and 100 sms' as part of an Edgars deal whereby I pay a discounted fee. Anyway so I notice at the same time that my 2gigs of data has been deducted which means I also have no BIS! My blood is actually boiling so I called the customer centre line, all they can tell me is someone will contact me and then I will have to wait 24hrs for the refund. What a huge inconvenience to me as I have absolutely no internet on my phone now. Completely unacceptable!
