I've been calling cell c since December increase my mum's monthly limit as she is a pensioner and alone at home everyday but they keep saying they will help but don't. I now wish to cancel my contract as they are very unreliable, my old mum had to borrow neighbors phone on many occasions as hers gets blocked.
Cell c now says I need to pay a penalty but I don't understand as they doubt provide a service.
I am truly disappointed and disgusted with the call centre and service
