8ta / Telkom Mobile
Horrible latency

For the past 4 months I have been experiencing latency in the 200-300ms range, download speeds have dropped from 9-12Mb/s to just below 2 Mb/s.

The absolute lack of service quality is purely astounding, I have no idea how Telkom as a company can continue to thrive with this level of incompetence.
