A mission to get a replacement handset

I made contact with the contact center and was informed that I will need to take it in to one of their outlets of which we did, we were given an address for the one in Midrand, it was assessed or "diagnosed" and was then authorised for it to be replaced and this was on the 17th of October that the handset was dropped off. I was informed that it would be taken to the warehouse the next day.
I have since made follow up with the contact center; I was put through a lot of people, explained the story over and over again and did not get any joy.

I finally spoke to a lady by the name of Fabatini Mc Donald who was very helpful and explained to me that he handset would need to be received by the warehouse before they can dispatch the new one. She explained to me that the person I should be dealing with is Abel Motaung the guy that helped me in June.

Yesterday I called in and left messages for Abel to please call me, he finally did make contact with me. I explained the story to him again and he informed me that according to their system the phone was only dispatched on the 26th (which is Sunday) and I asked him what the turnaround time was he was very rude and dismissive telling me t
