NEVER ANSWER THE TELEPHONE

MTN SP in Boulders Shopping center, Midrand NEVER answer the telephone. They might as well not have a telephone line, I have actuallly been in the shop and see them deliberately ignoring the phone. It is so appalling that the phone would ring for 5 miniutes with no answer at all. Whether in the morning, lunchtime or after lunch. I wonder if management is aware of this.
