BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

I am so heart broken with the service I got both from the cell c store and call centre agents after experience a life threating event this past Monday (21-03-2013). I was armed rob of my valuable goods just recently and I needed to get my old number back urgently. I called in Cell C call centre and I was advised to call in again to get my prepaid number sim swaped oce I have bought the new sim card. I did call in on thursday, another lady told me, I need to visit the nearest cell c store for help in this regard. As confused as I was, i went anyway to Jabulani Mall (Soweto).

It was a nightmare, the problem started once I had to fill in the form. there's a section where I have to put in the last 5 dialed numbers which I couldnt remember. Not just coz of my incident, but I don't keep track of the people I call or even worse memorise each contact I have on my cellphone. I think that's what cellphones for anyway. The guy refused to help me even after passing all the security checks, he was rude, arrogant, and not symphathetic at all.

May I ask that we investigate the situation, as I need to explain my case further. Every call centre agent I called seemed like they have their own rules
