Busi from the Escalated Queries is supposed to get back to me about getting hold of Recovery services and still no feedback. I have sent 3 or 4 emails with no response. I need to know that my file has been removed from Recovery services because she told me that Polosa is handling my account. how is it even possible that 2 company's are handling 1 account. this is getting seriously annoying and i want this sorted out asap!!!
