Extremely Poor Service

Since Last Thursday I experienced a decrease in my internet response. If I do a speedtest it will start at 1.71 and then suddenly decrease to a point where the speedtest will not respond and if then the results will come back to .21 this for a 2 MB line... riduclous!!! Since then a a thunder storm passed thru and after 5 days of complianing Telkom eventually send someone to inform me that the modem was damaged due to lighting.
So today I went to the Telkom Store and bought one of their modems... guess what the slow response is still there!!! It appears that Telkom never adressed the initial problem but used the excuse of the lighting as an escape goat. I am for the poor service we recieve from Telkom purely because they are a SOC company protected but the goverment. I was forced to use twitter to express my concerns... I have never used twitter before. Pathetic!!!
