I entered into a contract for home wifi 18 months ago- the signal strength was 'good' according to the sales agent. I HAVE NOT YET BEEN ABLE TO USE IT BCS IT IS SO POOR!!! I have to switch off wifi on my iPhone to receive msgs! My modem keeps breaking! I have spoken to 5 different agents and no one gets back to me!!! No emails are ever answered!!! Ignoring me seems to be the best line of defense! I need to cancel this contract- I refuse to pay another cent for something I cannot use! I spend more on my cellphone bill on data bcs of this pathetic service!! Someone better get hold of me ASAP to sort this out immediately!!! '
