Wrong adaptor and refusal to transfer bandwidth

I have 3 iBurst packages, arranged via @lantic. Bought 3 modems for cash. One modem burned out because they supllied it with the wrong adapter. Now they refuse to replace the faulty modem. They also refuse to transfer the unused bandwidth, which I also paid for in cash, to my other package. Going to take them to court now, and to the consumer council, as well as other steps.
