A few months ago I upgraded from the 5GB package to the 10GB package. It didn't cost me anything to upgrade and the balance of my bandwidth was carried over to my new package. I did not utilise the full 10GB since I upgraded and each month's balance was carried over to the next month that at this stage I've accumulated 17 GB. On 2 March I requested a downgrade to the 2GB package but was told it would cost me R99 and I will forfeit the accumulated 17GB.

I consider this to be an unfair business practise as I paid for the accumulated bandwidth and iBurst has no right to lay claim to it. This is also contrary to NCA.
