Nashua is now a bank. They allow 3rd party debits

Hello Nashua and fellow readers.

Refer to the following two reference numbers, 1001469895 and 2001426715. About 3 months ago on my, at the time, 19 month contract, charges went up on my uncapped 3G card from R299 to R490.

I found out that you have allowed/honoured a fictitious agreement that i registered for (did not) services from Mira Networks. Please tell me, how can you allow any email condoning the debiting of my account without validating if such an agreement was made. Can i go today and register a company and send your company some emails of friends contract numbers instructing you to debit for services received???

Please, you guys are playing with fire. I am giving you one and one opportunity to recitify this matter and reimburse me the funds. How you do this, litigation, i don't care.

For yourselves, please investigate the above matter with the utmost urgency and provide me with a satisfactory response otherwise I will take this up to much higher heights.
