I won't repeat my previous COMPLAINTS, but all 3 of them are still open, although MARKO told me that they are resolved now and I will get my data and sms bundle within 4 hours of our conversation, if I look at the time now, it is 43 HOURS and still nothing. I can't deal with this company anymore. They either don't phone you back or when they do, they tell you that they will investigate. If you are lucky, they will phone you back, but then they to you. I want MARKO to phone me and explain why I am still waiting for my data and sms bundle. I also want to speak to a EXCO member, I don't think they are aware of the bad service their customers are getting, because it just keep on happening and if you look at all the complaints on Hello Peter, it's a joke.
