Call centre consultant provided with wrong information. Promised that within a period of 12hours, my cell number would be able to port back to MTN from Cell C. 24 hours later, no smses received to process porting and I am still with Cel C, called the service centre, another consultant informed me i was given wrong information, should have waited for smes before using the starter pack. Now i am expected to purchase another stater pack and follow their incorrect steps. I want my number to be ported back to MTN.
